Last updated: 10 May 2026

Company: Suppro Ltd

Contact: hello@suppro.co.uk

1. Who we are

Suppro is a mobile application operated by Suppro Ltd ("Suppro", "we", "us", or "our"). Suppro helps users scan supplement products, review ingredient information, compare supplement evidence, use AI-powered supplement guidance, and track supplement-related information.

By using Suppro, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Suppro is not medical advice

Suppro provides general educational and informational content about supplements, ingredients, potential benefits, risks, interactions, and evidence quality.

Suppro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing advice, or emergency support. You should not use Suppro as a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

You should speak to a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, especially if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • have a medical condition;
  • take prescription or over-the-counter medicines;
  • have allergies or dietary restrictions;
  • are using supplements for a child;
  • are planning surgery or a medical procedure.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

3. AI and data accuracy

Suppro may use artificial intelligence, OCR, barcode lookup, product databases, and third-party data sources to identify products and ingredients. These systems can make mistakes.

You understand that:

  • scanned supplement labels may be misread;
  • product information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect;
  • AI-generated guidance may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances;
  • ingredient doses, rankings, risk information, and benefit scores may not be complete;
  • product packaging may change without our knowledge.

You are responsible for checking the actual product label and seeking professional advice where needed.

4. Your account

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate anyone else, misuse another person's account, or attempt to bypass security controls.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the app, attempted to abuse our systems, or used the app unlawfully.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Some Suppro features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled through the relevant app store, such as Apple's App Store.

If you start a free trial or subscription, the app store may charge you according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your app store account.

We do not control app store billing decisions. Refund requests should be made through the relevant app store unless otherwise required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Suppro for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the app or backend systems;
  • attempt to bypass subscription, quota, or access controls;
  • upload content you do not have permission to use;
  • upload malicious files or code;
  • use Suppro to provide medical advice to others as if it were professional advice;
  • rely on Suppro as the sole basis for health or medical decisions.

7. User content

You may upload or submit information such as supplement photos, barcodes, questionnaire answers, AI chat messages, and other app inputs.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to use it as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide Suppro. This includes processing scans, generating AI responses, identifying products, providing support, and maintaining app functionality.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.

8. Apple Health and health-related features

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Suppro may read selected health data that you permit through Apple's permission system. You can control Apple Health permissions in your device settings.

Suppro will only use Apple Health data to provide app features that you choose to enable. Apple states that third-party apps must request permission and explain their use of Health data before access is granted.

9. Third-party services and data sources

Suppro may use third-party services for authentication, subscriptions, hosting, AI processing, product information, image lookup, and other app functions. These may include services such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, OpenAI, SerpApi, Open Food Facts, and NIH supplement data sources.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, databases, or app store systems that we do not control.

10. Intellectual property

Suppro, including its design, branding, software, text, databases, scoring systems, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Suppro Ltd.

You may use Suppro for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the app without our permission.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Suppro at any time. We may also change features, subscription offerings, pricing, or content.

We aim to keep Suppro reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

12. Disclaimers

Suppro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, or guarantees that the app will be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suppro Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or health-related decisions made in reliance on the app.

Our total liability to you for claims relating to Suppro will be limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Deleting your account

You may delete your account through the app where this feature is available. Deleting your account may remove or anonymise personal data associated with your account, subject to legal, security, billing, or operational retention requirements.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise. If you live outside the UK, you may also have mandatory rights under your local law.
