Delete your Suppro account and data

You can delete your account in the Suppro app by going to:

Settings → Account → Delete account

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at hello@suppro.co.uk from the email address linked to your Suppro account and write “Delete my Suppro account” in the subject line.

When your account is deleted, we delete your Suppro account, profile information, saved supplements, health tracking entries, scan history, favourites, summaries, and app data associated with your account, unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, fraud prevention, security, or payment/subscription record purposes.
